Your information shall be shared with the end service providers like airlines, hotels, bus service providers, cab rental, railways or any other suppliers who are responsible for fulfilling your booking. You may note that while making a booking with Mayfair Travels you authorize us to share your information with the said service providers and suppliers. It is pertinent to note that Mayfair Travels does not authorize the end service provider to use your information for any other purpose(s) except as may be for fulfilling their part of service. However, how the said service providers/suppliers use the information shared with them is beyond the purview and control of Mayfair Travels as they process Personal Information as independent data controllers, and hence we cannot be made accountable for the same. You are therefore advised to review the privacy policies of the respective service provider or supplier whose services you choose to avail.

Applicability
This User Agreement along with Terms of Service (collectively, the "User Agreement") forms the terms and conditions for the use of services and products of Mayfair Airtravel Services Pvt Ltd. ("Mayfair Travels").
Any person ("User") who inquiries about or purchases any products or services of Mayfair Travels through its website, mobile applications, offices, branch offices (all the aforesaid platforms collectively referred to as "Sales Channels") agree to be governed by this User Agreement. The website and the mobile applications of Mayfair Travels are collectively referred to as 'Website'.
Both User and Mayfair Travels are individually referred to as 'Party' and collectively referred to as 'Parties' to the User Agreement.
"Terms of Service" available on Mayfair Travels website details out terms & conditions applicable on various services or products facilitated by Mayfair Travels. The User should refer to the relevant Terms of Service applicable for the given product or service as booked by the User. Such Terms of Service are binding on the User.

Unless Mayfair Travels explicitly acts as a reseller in certain scenarios, Mayfair Travels always acts as a facilitator by connecting the User with the respective service providers like airlines, hotels, restaurants, bus operators etc. (collectively referred to as "Service Providers"). Mayfair Travels liability is limited to providing the User with a confirmed booking as selected by the User.
Any issues or concerns faced by the User at the time of availing any such services shall be the sole responsibility of the Service Provider. Mayfair Travels will have no liability with respect to the acts, omissions, errors, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence on part of any Service Provider.
Unless explicitly committed by Mayfair Travels as a part of any product or service:
By making a booking, User understands Mayfair Travels merely provides booking of services and products and the ultimate liability rests on the respective Service Provider and not Mayfair Travels. Thus the ultimate contract of service is between User and Service Provider.
User further understands that the information displayed on the Website with respect to any service is displayed as furnished by the Service Provider. Mayfair Travels, therefore, cannot be held liable in case if the information provided by the Service Provider is found to be inaccurate, inadequate or obsolete or in contravention of any laws, rules, regulations or directions in force.
Role Of Mayfair Travels and Limitation of Liability
Mayfair Travels does not control or operate any airline, shipping company, coach, hotel, transport vehicles
Mayfair Travels shall not be responsible for any delay, improper service, standard of service provided by any service provider or any Independent Contractor, or for any injury, death, loss or damage which is caused by the act or default of any hotel, airlines, shipping companies, cruise, coach owners, tour operators who are Mayfair Travel’s independent contractors.
Mayfair Travels being merely a facilitator, shall not be liable for the following:
There can be exceptional circumstances where the service operators like the airlines, hotels, the respective transportation providers or concerns may be unable to honour the confirmed bookings due to various reasons like climatic conditions, labour unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, government decisions, operational and technical issues, route and flight cancellations etc. If Mayfair Travels is informed in advance of such situations, it will make its best efforts to provide similar alternative to its User or refund the booking amount after reasonable service charges, if supported and refunded by that respective service operators. The User agrees that Mayfair Travels being an agent for facilitating the booking services shall not be responsible for any such circumstances and the customers have to contact that service provider directly for any further resolutions and refunds. The maximum liability of Mayfair Travels in such events will be to refund the booking amount subject to receipt from the service providers.
Refund Policy
Mayfair Travels will process the refund only after getting cancellation request/claim from the customer, agent /corporate company in writing or through email. Refund against the cancellation of air tickets will be credited directly in customer’s mode of payment after receiving the refund amount from the Airlines. Mayfair Travels will process refund within 72 hours only after receiving it from the concerned Airlines/hotel/transporter/other suppliers. Due to Banking Procedures, Refund in credit cards may take duration of 72 hours while it may take 7 days in case of net banking transactions. Refunds in cases where Airlines/Hotel is declared as Insolvent or Bankrupt, Mayfair Travels shall not be liable to pay any refunds whatsoever in cases where the Airlines/Hotel closes its operations or declares itself as insolvent The customers or clients or agents shall not hold Mayfair Travels liable to pay the refunds as assured at the time of booking of ticket in cases where the Airlines/Hotel closes its operation or declares itself as insolvent.
Mayfair Travels is only a facilitator and any refund for any service(s) which are not delivered by the service provider /Independent Contractors or for any reason for which the User is entitled for a refund is subject to Mayfair Travels receiving the amount from the said service provider. User acknowledges that Mayfair Travels shall not be held liable for any delay in refund or non-refund of the amount from the respective service provider or Independent Contractors of Mayfair Travels. In such events the User shall directly approach the service provider for any claims.
